STO-50 Silicone Transformer Oil is a dielectric fluid and coolant for high voltage transformers. It is a safe replacement for PCB-containing askarels. Silicone is a K class transformer fluid, which means it has a fire point above 300°C. This means that if a transformer fails due to an arc or lightning strike, there would be no pool fire.
