SHELL OMALA S2 G 220 DRUM

Shell Omala S2 G 220 is a high quality extreme-pressure (EP) oil designed primarily for the lubrication of heavy duty industrial gears. It is an ISO VG 220 grade EP Gear Oil. It is formulated to resist thermal and chemical breakdown throughout the maintenance interval. It withstands high thermal loading and resists the formation of sludge to provide extended oil life capability, even with bulk oil temperatures of up to 100°C in certain applications. It has a high load carrying capacity, protects against micropitting and is compatible with seals and paints. It is suitable for spur, helical and bevel gears and is designed to operate under conditions of heavy and shock loads.
